ENoP General assembly meeting

Members’ representatives met on the 15th of March in Brussels in response to ENoP’s annual General Assembly. The meeting started with the innovative World café format session, during which most of ENoP’s members had the opportunity to get together and exchange their view on the network’s activities. Specifically, participants had the opportunity to gather knowledge on the current work of each of ENoP’s Working Group, provide their insight into them and identify relevant new topics and priorities, aiming at reshaping the thematic areas of the WGs so as to respond to new global and local challenges.

Following the World café session, the General Assembly meeting commenced with reference to the ENoP’s privileged partnership with the European Commission, creating stable and consistent bridges of communication with DG DEVCO. Adoption of the agenda and approval of 2017’s General Assembly meeting were followed by a briefing of ENoP’s achievements in 2017 and perspectives for 2018. The Assembly’s formal proceedings included revision of memberships, nomination and election of new Network Coordinator with 1-year mandate. Ms Johanna Lutz, Deputy Director of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Office Brussels took over the post of Coordinator.
