How to draft a good project proposal
Following the increased interest in the ENoP capacity-building training on “How to draft a good project proposal” that took place in August, we have the pleasure to announce that we will repeat the training in September. Therefore, if you have missed the August edition, you now have the opportunity to register for the second one in September.
The training will take place on three half-days, namely: 28th, 29th and 30th September 2020, between 09:00-12:30 CET via Zoom.
Each of the days will explore a different component of writing a good EU project proposal, namely:
* 28 September: general guidelines for project application, looking at methodology, stakeholder analysis and the Logframe approach;
* 29 September: developing the Logframe matrix, focusing on the result chain and assumptions; indicators and sources of verification;
* 30 September: budget elaboration and its link to the Logframe matrix; There will be a specific focus on budget templates for Erasmus+ and EuropeAid.
You are invited to attend the entire training or a selected slot that is of interest to you. Nevertheless, we encourage members to attend the training in its integrity in order to benefit fully from it. You can make your selection through the registration link below. If you are unable to attend the training, feel free to share the invitation with your colleagues.
NB! Please note that due to the limited number of available spaces for the training, we will apply the “first come-first serve” principle. The training will include practical exercises, which is why the trainer has requested to work with about 15 participants.
