SUMMARY:Capacity-building Training on Project Cycle Management
DESCRIPTION:The training will take place online on 20-21 June 2023\, between 09:00-13:00 CEST\, and it will be delivered by Mr Nicolas Dupic who has theoretical and hands-on expertise related to how to draft and manage EU funded projects. \nThe overall objective of the training is to provide a thorough understanding of the essential techniques for a successful\, results-oriented and cost-effective management of EU projects. This will be carried out through a mix of theory\, case studies and exercises on key project management tools. Participants will learn how to successfully tackle the different aspects of the project: budgeting\, implementation management\, monitoring and evaluation.   \nRegistration deadline: 15 June 2023 \nWhen registering\, please make sure you answer the questions as they will help trainer to adapt the training to your needs and expectations. \nNB! Please note that we have limited number of available spaces for the training. In case of less then 10 registrations\, the training will be cancelled.
