These sessions will be facilitated by <strong data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1053\">county-level Trainers of Trainers (ToTs)<\/strong> who co-developed a standardized political training manual during earlier stages of the WYDE Political Parties Project.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1433\">The program aims to equip participants with the political literacy, leadership skills, and confidence necessary to engage meaningfully in governance and decision-making processes, while preparing them to contest in the upcoming <strong data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1430\">2027 General Elections<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1772\">Training modules will cover key themes such as <strong data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1579\">political party functions, equality and social justice, the rule of law, economic development<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"1617\">youth and women\u2019s employment<\/strong>. Through these sessions, participants will build networks, exchange experiences, and strengthen their capacity to influence local governance and policy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1774\" data-end=\"2018\">By establishing a vibrant, informed grassroots network of women and youth leaders across Kenya, this initiative reinforces the broader WYDE Political Parties goal: creating more
