ENoP is organising the 2023 International Forum of Political Foundations: Political Parties & Perspectives on Democracy. The Forum will be a 1.5 day event, taking place in Brussels, Belgium on 15-16 May 2023. For the coverage of the event, ENoP is looking to recruit a service provider to provide video coverage of the event.

Deliverables

• Receipt of offer by end of day 8 March 2023;
• Delivery of services on 15-16 May 2023;
• Preparatory meeting;
• Video coverage of the event, including interviews with speakers and the preparation of a summary video of the event;
• Video editing and delivery of final products, including one correction round;
• Option for photography coverage of the event is an asset.

Procedure for expression of interest

Service providers should send their portfolio, a detailed offer based on the above-mentioned services, as well as a flat rate for any additional services.
