SUMMARY:Thematic & Steering Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The next ENoP Thematic & Steering Committee meeting will be taking place on 30 March 2023 in Brussels and online. \nPlease find below some practical information ahead of the meeting: \nDocuments \n\nPlease find the draft agenda attached\, other meeting documents will be circulated shortly. \nGiven the density of the meeting agenda and to facilitate the discussion\, we encourage you to read the reports and presentations in advance. \n\n\n\nTravel arrangements \nENoP will reimburse a maximum of 350€ for travel costs per participant. Only economic and 2nd class tickets are eligible for reimbursement. You no longer must provide 3 comparative offers. \nAccommodation \n\nENoP will reimburse a maximum of 200€ per night for accommodation. Given the schedule of the meeting\, two hotel nights are foreseen for participants traveling to Brussels.
